There is MR P who is common director as well as shareholder in ABC Ltd and PQR LTD,

ABC Ltd doing construction work for PQR LTD, in this case provision for transfer pricing attracted?

Check section 92A to determine whether the two companies can be classified as Associated enterprises. And then analyse section 92BA in order to understand the situations when TP provisions get attracted on a domestic transaction.
