please clarify , can the stock be transferred to the new registered firm of the same properitor,same pan number but at different place.
properitor is same
business is same
pan number is same
Business name is may be some different or same
place of business is different.
please suggest.

Quick Summary
When everything is same nothing to be done since ownership in stock lies with the owner, even for place for control purpose Memorandum entries can be passed

Registration of existing firm will be surrendered.will this make any difference.?
No need to surrender existing registration
If properitor wants to change the name of firm then....?

If you want to change the trade name..than you can make amendments at all your registration like in GST, shop & establishment, PT, PF, nak account ect.
