If a persons transfers all his shares to 3 different persons on the same day , can he execute that transfers through one transfer deed??

Hi,
This is something we called "certification of Transfer". You have to execute 3 share tran deeds.
Please find enclosed my Law file and check page no. 18 of the handout to understand the process of "certification of Transfer".
