Transfer of Propreitorship Firm in GST

Sir,
I have Propreitorship Firm I want to change Propreitor to my wife inste
ad of me without closing of Firm in GST. So Please tell me the sollution of it.

No way for changes the Proprietorship firm to Other one name...

But,
You ll start a new firm by Your wife's name and then You ll sale Your firm to Your wife's Firm...

@ Mr. Gagan what if the proprietor wills everything to his only son and dies? Does the son become proprietor with or without change in registration?

the son have to take a new registration in his own pan. in new reg form mention the old gstin of his father and tell the reason there i. e death. after getting new gstin of his son, you have to fill itc-02 form in father to transfer the balance credits standing in father gstin and thereafter cancel the old gstin by mentioning reason there and entering new gstin over there.

@ Gagan,,,can we give a proprietroship company on lease to another proprietorship concern?

Say for example...Husband own Company A,Wife owns Company B. B want to stop the outward supplies,but does not want to close the registration.It wishes to continue by filing NIL returns. IF B wishes to give her company on lease to A.Is it possible?
