Treatment of transfer of Capital goods without consideration ? Is it supply if yes how to pay GST? Further, whether any reversal to be made or not?

The facts behind each such case of transfer without consideration needs to be clear. What are the circumstances when CG wouldbe transferred without consideration?

If for JW you have choice of charging GST on comparable value or under section 43A after permission w/o GST and get back qwithin 2 years. Also at dpereciated value as maybe notified. ( in past it used to be deduction of 10% of the credit per year of use)
