Transfer of articleship completed 1 year n 3 months

I have completed 1 year and 3 months of my Articlship,Now i have to get transfer due to forcing i got another place but in area of 50km,both parties are ready to give N.o.c can i get transfer? n reason for secondment or better learning.. Plz help me

Icai prior permission mandatory as u have completed one year articles.. . . Make a request to icai explaining reason for transfer along with ur boss no objection . . Transfer will be approved subject to icai satisfaction with ur reason
