Dear Sir/Madam,
I cleared my IPCC in May-12 and started articleship in Mumbai in September-12 along with S.Y.B.Com. in Mumbai. Now I wish to take transfer to Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and my S.Y.B.Com. result is awaited so wheather I can do that or not ? If I can do the same then what shall I mention in Form-112(New). Kindly help me in the matter. Thanks in advance.
During the first year of articleship no reason is to be given for taking transfer, During first year you can take any number of transfer and no condition is required to take transfer, so you can go for transfer.
