as i think you have to go to the inst. for the same and as in your case transfer in freely allowed in the first year of articleship.............

so from there you can collect the form and aafter fullfilling all requirements you can get rid from youur CA

as u r in first year of articleship u can take transfer ,i have attach announcement of icai regarding transfer of articleship........only  think u have to do is just fill form 109, take u r CA's signature on that and submitt the form 109 to ICAI.........i have also attach the form 109.......and just chil........
