Dear experts,

Iam going to appear May 2010 pcc exams.

i want to terminate my articleship BEFORE ATTEND MY FIRST EXAM, however i have completed my articleships for the period of 15 months UPTO NOVEMBER MONTH ITSELF (excluding leave taken) .

ANY ONE PLEASE TELL ME... IF I SUBMIT TERMINATION LETTER, IS IT ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND COMING MAY 2010 PCC EXAM??????

AND PLEASE WHAT DOES THE WORDS ACTUALLY MEAN " TERMINATION' AND 'TRANSFER'??????

One can not eligible for exam in termination period.

Termination = Discountinue of articleship, You can start your articleship from your current CA

Transfer = Change CA

Eligibility for writing exam is one should complete 15 months article. As u have completed 15 months article training and i think u can write exam irrespective of termination or transfer.

Hi.... all.... i just want a help..... actualy i want to take termination from ma current firm... as ma guardian is getting transfered, on wat basis i can get transfer, Bcoz institute says that u can take transfer if parents get transfred, in ma case ma parents are in native place, and i dont want to go there for my articleship...... so can i Give transfer certificate of ma guardian for ma termination?????????????????
