Transfer from firm

it is not necessary for u to take permission of other partners bt it is necessary for ur princpl
secondly They can not do this.. let them send the letter to ICAI
if u take transfer within one year than u can join any firm in India anywhere.. even that firm also which is opposite to ur firm
so dnt worry... take transfer before 1 year
or else these CAs will not allow u in scnd and thrd year
in ur case u can take transfer in scnd and thrd year also bcz u have a genuine reasn that ur father has been tranferred to another city. But if u take transfer on this grnd than u will have to register in that city where ur father will be shifting

U can do anythng in the first year.. no 1 has the right to stop u

Thanks for ur reply. and also i want to ask that Whether i have to submit any documents regarding transfer of my father.

My principal is ready to signed 109 form privately as he will also resigne from the firm.so whether i have this option at last.

but always remember nobody helps without a consideration

No they cant. But they can take action against ur CA reasoning that HE didnt considered thr decision.
Think urself what the other partners can do with u within first year? I dnt think they can
I havnt seen any such case yet
