Brother Rahul! as per transition provisions of GST Act, cenvat being central issue previously, ITC can be obtained against CGST. Further section 167 of the Act says that any CENVAT CREDIT can be carried forward in the last return prior to GST shall be allowed as ITC s.t condition that it is also admissible as ITC under GST.
