Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether transactions from a personal savings account, including those unrelated to the business like UPI payments, should be included in a GST-registered firm's turnover. The consensus is that if transactions are in the nature of supply, they will be considered for GST turnover, even if they originate from a savings account. The query also touches upon how to treat sales of goods without bills and small, personal transactions made via UPI or other payment apps.

If the transaction are in nature of supply then for the proprietor will be considered in GST turnover and GSt will have to paid on it.

Ok sir thanks ....
1. ek or confusion hai... jaise ki kisi goods k bills nhi hote hai jaise koi mobile accessories ke or uss goods ko sales kr payment bhi account me liya hai toh (saving a/c me hi) toh vo receipt bhi gst turnover me include hogi or delaer ko tax pay krna padega??

2. sir firm k current a/c k transactions ko hi turnover me include krte hai ya saving a/c bhi considered krte hai??

3. saving a/c me transactions business vale nhi hai example... kisi ko a/c me entry chaiye toh usse cash leke usse upi, phone pay , Google kr dena.... vice versa.... esi sir kafi entries hai vo bhi kafi small amounts ki ....
Inka ab books me treatment kya kru

regards
