First you have report Transition Credit in Table 6(k) of GSTR 9 which is added in the Total of 7(j) of GSTR 9 .
And In 9C under table 12(e) , the total ITC from Table 7(j) of GSTr 9 is to be shown .
Yes. you have to also report in Table 14(p) of GSTr 9c
