First of all i am extremely sorry that i am writing this because Govt. has given enough time to file GST Trans-1.
I am depended on other person who is filing my one company all GST returns timely but unfortunately he did not file GST Trans-1 for claiming ITC.
I shall be very obliged, if can help me

What r u requiring plz tell... U want to file ur Trans-1 na??
yes sir want to file for claiming itc of DVAT
How much input is there... U can also claim refund in dvat... For filing Trans 1 u should hv all the C form or any form against which u hv made sale
there is no sales against C FORM
and would like to take in GST

90% there is no extention for TRAN -1 depat give the enought time for filling the return. so we can wait for any update.....
