cgst ko debit karege to credit konse ladger ko Krna hai

You can credit the relevant central taxes related ledgers to CGST viz. Excise duty input, CVD, SAD, Service Tax etc.

exice and service tax ledger not available in vat because I am only registered in vat

Then move the state taxes to SGST account.
