Can we claim itc in tran-1 on non vat goods like lubricant which in erstwhile law (Vat) was covered in Non Vat goods, Now in gst law its is covered as taxable item ?
I have invoices/documents in records.

Tran 1 ITC Claim for Non Vat Goods

Lubricating oil was covered under excise at the rate of 14% earlier. If you have already taken credit of the same earllier, you can not claim credit of the same now. If not, you can claim excise credit in Tran-1.
