TRAN 1 credit issue

I have filed TRAN 1 and got credit for State Levy but did not get for Central Levy i.e excise and ST

I have entered last credit balance as per return but in ITC carried forward last balance is showing but in carry forward showing me as zero what to do..

Talked with GST helpline, asking for wait as many queries are received for TRAN 1

Any suggestion...??
