As we know that last date for TRAN 1 has elapsed. But if any one was not enable to file Tran 1 upto the last date. Can he opt for any other mechanism to get the ITC in his account.

yes,if u have it in vat or any other local tax act,U can get refund by completing assessments under that particular act
