trademark reg form no for s/w and web dev?

I would suggest to go step by step as below:

1. Check in which class your trademark cover, is it for goods or service?

2. Prepare 3 copy of FORM TM-1 and Five representation sheet

3. If you are trademark attorney, attach FORM TM-48 and prepare cover letter

4. prepare cheque for fees and then filed it to trademark registry.

 Well, as far as the product is a software it is covered by Class 9 and as regards the services of the development is concerned they will be covered by Class 42. If you need any assistance regarding the same,kindly do not hesitate to contact me.As far as the docs are requried you got to have eight labels*2=16 as there are  two classes in which your mark falls.Similarly you got to pay fee of Rs.2500*2=5000/- in favour of he Registrar of Trademarks.now you need to filethree copies of  tm-1 alongwith the five copies additional representaions for each class and deposit the same with the Trademarks registry.In case they are label marks affix the label on tm-1 and the additional representations.But if it is just a word mark you can type the same on the tm-1 and the additional representations.If you wish to hire an attorney then you got to give Power of Attorney in Form TM-48 on a stamp paper of Rs.20/- in the name of the person authorised to apply on your behalf.  However if you wish you can avail my services for the same.
