1. Can you suggest the name any best law firn providing good service at effective cost ?
2. Whats the fee they are charging apart from the Govt fee ?
3. If the Regd office is in a diff state and the place of business in a diff state, which TM registry is the concerned office where the Applcn form be submitted ?

Yes,
First check on the website about the name availability (whether earlier trademark is registered with the same name or not) and class details. Then file form TM1 along with required annexures and details and a Cheque or DD or Rs. 3500/- per mark. It is a long process. However, from the date you have made application for the trademark you can use words TM with your mark. After getting registration you can wright (R) with your trademark.
Ankur- Is it possible, like as in MCA, to do search on our own or shall we require to appoint a lawyer for that ? Can we file Applcn on our own along with DD wht u said.
