One of my client manufacturing Pharamaceutical products (Medicines) around 40 products and want register the name of the product under TRADE MARK.

Can any one help in this Assignment.

a. What is the procedure for filing the application througe on-line?

b. Information to be obtained from client - check-list

c. whether chartered Accountant can do this assignment
