I'm outside India at now in USA and trying to open TRACES website as I want to generate conso files of Q1-2 of 2013-14, but could not succeeded and receiving message as under

site is not available due to technical reason.

so anyone can help me and give to solve my problem..

now doesn't require classification, as its clarified that TRACES website is banned outside India...
