Place of supply for service provided by tour operators should be determined as per which part of section 12 & 13 IGST Act.

In any case, can it be treated as event managment or event admission service? Tour operator taking us to Mumbai for tour & thus Mumbai becomes location of event -- Thus Mumbai becomes location of event. Is it possible??
