hello plz let me know what shud be my turnover for 44ad if my gst turnover is 40 lakhs but gst was taken while crossing the limit of gst threshold.. so total turnover shud be gst turnover + turnover before taking gst?? will this cause any issue?

Yes, it will be aggregate of both.
No issue, as the GST was applied after such turnover limit.
