TOP 20 CA FIRMS IN DELHI-NCR

Hi All,

I just wanted to know,this list of top 20 firms which we get on the net or elsewhere..who actually prepares this list.I mean whoreleases this data and who and on what basis are these firms allocated positions.I dont think that ICAI issues any such data or listings ranking firms on a state basis...does it?

Please answer my query.I awaiting ur replies.
