QUALIFIED MEMBERS PLZ. REPLY  - I AM WAITING FOR YOUR IMPORTANT REPLIES

Its a good topic dear. i qualified in Nov.10 and i believe the package offered by the industry was lil lower than the expectation of the candidates.

But more important thing is "The Job Profile". i dont think the profile offered by most of the companies specially Banking companies are suitable for the CAs.

Qualification is important..but more than it..knowledge communication skills..humour everything counts in getting best package..
