it was easy for those who have prepared well but it was definitely not 3 hrs paper.. it was lengthy
Paper is lenthy as reading time is too high for every question which gives leeser time to do the same.

In transportation problem will we get marks if we solved it by matrix minima method instead of Vogel's?
unless give otherwise, we have to do vogel i think, its 40 30, i think approxiamte value enough because its defficult to plot on graph
