To submit the e-forms mgt 14 & adt 1 to roc.
Dear Expert, We have incorporated private limited company recently and wants to know about filling of MGT -14 and ADT-1 to ROC as our CA told me that the above forms are not required and it's exempted by ROC currently for newly incorporated private limited company. Kindly advise us what to do as we don't want to face any problems from ROC.

Dear Irfan,
Board of directors should appoint auditor within 30 days of its incorporation, legally it is not required to file ADT-1 but company may face technical problem while filing financial in form AOC-4, because mention challan no of ADT-1 is manadatory field in AOC-4.
I could not understand form MGT-14 for what.

Form MGT-14 is for resolutions passed by the director's upon incorporation of company.
