I would like to know what is the rate of TNVAT for Used Granite Machinery as on 19.11.11?

Dear Visak,

Any capital goods whether it is used or new it is taxed @ 4%.

Thank you. But is it 4% or 5% after the VAT percentage changes?

yes you are correct it is 5%
