Tin suspended

hii , I m regularly filing vat/ CST return under up vat....but for the month of March 16..I could not file a single return in time .. for the month of April 16, I deposited return for the month of April together with for the month of March 16 , on date 18/05/2016. the problem is ..on return receipt generated after return filing ..my tin no is showing suspended..whether it may be any technical error or I should consult an advocate for the same.
