There is a headoffice in one assessment circle and the brance has in other assessment circle in same state. Is there separate tin registration required for branch office?

no need but if they fall in different jurisdiction u need to file to the respective authority and need to inform about all the brancehs.
get your registration amended with records of branch included in the RC, and you have to file an declaration that all accounts would be maintained at head office and tax liability would be discharged by head office only.
