I have received an intimation u/s 143(1). I want to aplay for rectification u/s154 against it. whether there is any time limit to aplay for rectification u/s154. I know the limit of 4 years but that is for the assessment order & not for intimation. there is no time limit given u/s154 to aply for rectificaion of intimation. plz help.......
