my doubt regarding E invoice and e way bill .Any time limit for E way bill and E invoice .
E invoice is to be raised initially /or E way bill ? PL clarify

Time limit for E way bill

If u generate e_waybill , from E_invoice portal (means mentioning the IRN at the e_waybill)then e_invoice to be raised first.
Again if u want to fill up Part B of e_waybill later then also e_invoice to be generated first.
But without e_waybill vehicle should not move.
