Quick Summary
If you've missed the deadline to claim CENVAT credit for July 2017, don't despair. While the standard one-year limit may have passed, you might still be able to claim the credit. Consider visiting your jurisdictional GST officer, joint commissioner, or commissioner, as they possess discretionary powers. Alternatively, the GST law allows claiming ITC before the due date of the annual return for FY 2017-18 or the September 2018 GST return, so check any extended due dates.

Maximum time limit for taking ITC 1 year. In above case time limit cross.
Visit Jurisdictional GST officer of tax payer.

Else you may visit joint commissioner or commissioner, they have the discretionary powers.

As per GST law -ITC can be claimed before the due date of filing GST annual return for 2017-18 FY or September 2018 GST return.
Check the extended due dates also..
