Download GSTR OFFLINE UTILITY from GST Portal
Prepare required workings in GSTR OFFLINE UTILITY
Generate JSON file
Upload the same in GST PORTAL under GSTR 4

July to September Quarter GSTR 4 filing date is 15th November...
But, Payment date is on or before 18th October.....
