Can someone please confirm how long it takes for the Certificate of Incorporation to be issued after forms 1, 32 and 18 have been approved (as seen on the MCA website) ? Do they send a physical copy of the certificate at the registered address, by post? Or do they notify through email?
Generally after getting form 1, 18, and 32 approved they send the hard copy through post after two to three days. They also send through soft copy but i.e. without signing and stamping & after incorporation of LLP they send through email.
The Ministry has issued a General Circular No. 29/2011, dated 20-5-2011 wherein it was informed that in order to cut timelines and an another step towards "Green Initiative" it has been decided that all certificates and standard letters issued by the Registrar of Companies will now be issued electronically under the Digital Signature of the Registrar of Companies.
Thy will send COI in Soft copy.
