can any pvt.ltd.co. hold its agm for only 1 hour in a day . is it any time duration specified for agm that 2 or 4 hour atleast time agm should be commenced

duration depends on the the discussions held. It should be more than the time given for Quorum!
No specific time limit.
The time of quorum is seen ,only when the quorum is not present. In case the quorum is present meeting start immediately and may be ended as soon as all the matter have been discussed.
If the quorum is present then what you are telling is true!
