This is regarding itc
Sir can u please verify me can we take itc for lodging out of state since in the lodging bill when we stay out of state they are giving cgst and sgst in the bill.

You cannot take ITC.. they need to charge IGST in the bill
As per secton 12(3) , POS will be where the Immovable Property (Hotel) situated.
So the Hotel will never charge you IGST, thus cannot claim ITC
