Or it may reduce to 10% to align it with Excise duty rate.

The demand creation in market now depends on public expenditure. The capital investment has to be bigger and move faster than private demand.

I feel the Government  will make various efforts to improve its liquidity and cash flow position.

Keeing this in background the service tax rates will move up.Audit will be increased. Enforcement will be given more power in coming ears.
