Do u have any idea when will it get implemented  & become effective????????

It has got approvals in both the houses, the thing is president have to sign it.. and then they'll release the draft for the public opinion, then its gonna finalize... so probably from next year.. it ws quoted in news.

It is pending for the President Pranab Mukherjee's assent and then only thru notification its application will be clarified by the Govt.
