The new company bill 2012

companies bill wont be applicable for may 14 , decision will  be taken whether it will be applicable for nov 14 attempt .

Is ICAI conducting any seminar on it.. i would like to know if it is.

Unfortunate.. if it is not tested as soon as possible.. why should students continue to learn or refer an ACt which wont be applied 1ce they become a professional... I am of the strictest opinion of making the New Companies Bill exam ready at the earliest.
