Sir have given a link of a ICAI Notification, which is read as -
It is advised that Principal and articled assistant may forward Form 109 duly signed by both of them only after obtaining the prior permission of the Institute for transfer/termination.
So please anybody can guide as how to get such prior approval of ICAI?
Do we need to file another form? or permission is to be asked on email or any other means if any then please explain.
