I have finished 2.5 years of articleship. Now i have a problem that my father health not well & they will wholly depend on me.so I want to transfer or terminate for article ship for some period. I am well aware of the delay in my final attempt. Can i get transfer in my city itself??

First u need to take consent of ur employer. If he agrees to transfer yo, write an application to the institiute and seek their permission. and then submit form 109.
thanks for your valuable suggestion but mam my principal agree to get me Nov but institute said that this problem is not a valid problem so u can't take transfer
