tenure of directors ?
pls tell me about the tenure of directors which are appointed in GM.

sir I am a student of IPCC G-1 My attemot is nov2017 .I have only 1 month period to prepare ipcc and I find it very difficult to prepare. Plzz guide me
It depends on the company i.e Private or Public company and types of Directors as well.
At the time of incorporation the Articles of Association contains procedure for retire by rotation (example retire once in every 3 years)
In case of public if AOA is silent then Directors will be retire according to section 152(6) of the companies act. It's applicable only for rotation Directors.
