you can download it from tin.nsdl too...though they show the message that form 16 a has been disabled..click on the default tab....fill in details..and then there will be an option
"request for form 16 A" and"request for consolidated TDS/TCS statement"

For 16A, there are lot of other users who are facing this issue so I believe in a day or two this must be resolved.

regarding the authentication code, please fill in the details once and then the authentication code will be generated.

AUTHENTICATION CODE IS GENERATED AFTER YOU FILL IN THE RELEVANT VERIFICATION DETAILS BOTH CHALLAN & DEDUCTEE DETAILS.

THIS CODE IS VALID FOR 24 HOURS, DURING WHICH IT ENABLES YOU TO SEEK  ANY OTHER INFORMATION TOO PERTAINING TO THAT QUARTER & FIN. YEAR

but after submition of detail still the file is not available in downlod section !!

IT is still un construction it seems... the site is not proper...department has to solve this problem as early as possible...even we are unable to do....the things...........

there is no reply either from department or from TIN centre about its working
