tds without pancard
My tds was deducted from arrear in absence of pan card. Now i have pan card. Shall i file return to get tds back.

you r not supposed to get back tds as it already deducted without pan card {at the time of payment and payment of tds)
You ll consider / Request to the Deductor for revised his TDS return and with Your PAN card.
After deductor revision, can i file itr after due date
