Hi,

NRI paid 20 Lakhs from his NRE account and rest was paid by his india resident father .

Now properties is bing sold for 60 Lakhs. So how the buyer will deduct the TDS as it is being sold by combination of NRI and residnet. WIll it be 1% or 20% TDS or combination of what % they paid for  uyinhg??

Since there are two sellers, there shall be two challans. In one challan, 1% TDS u/s 194-IA shall be deducted for the indian resident seller, and in another challan, the existing rate as per section 195 shall apply for the NRI seller.
