Tds very urgent

I dont think there will be any attraction of TDS as this is just a type of product or service u can say they are selling I mean this is just another type of product like we can opt for the sms package.. and hence in my opinion no TDS is attracted.

As per the TDS regulation this is not covered anywhere. This is just like a purchase & use of any special package provided by the company.  

So there should be no TDS on the same.

Its just a service. So there is no need to deduct TDS. :)
