I have a doubt that TDS under section 194Q Applicable on purchase of HSD from india oil corporation.

Kindly clarify whether we have to deduct @ 0.1% on Basic Amount of purchase (or) Gross Value (Basic + GST). Also for computing limit of Rs.50.00 lakhs, whether we have to take Basic Purchase Value (or) Gross Bill Value (Basic + GST).
