I have paid tds through challan today and this is not reflecting in oltas as it was paid today. so can I file my tds return by downloading the challan file even if it does not reflect todays challan.

I think you might be able to file. Just try to validate the return, you might just get a warning but it will go thru I think. But it is suggested to wait because if there is a mismatch at the time of processing, you will have to revise the return.
If this return pertains to Q4 of 20-21, then time limit for filing TDS return is extended up to 15th July.
